Manning Area Partners Launches Downtown Alley Revitalization Project

Manning could see a new facet of their downtown utilized in a way the city had not seen before. Many businesses in the area have a rear entrance that is underutilized. Manning Area Partners (MAP) Executive Director Andrea Rohe explains how the idea for their new Alley Revitalization Project was born.
Rohe says after looking into the subject, they realized there was a significant amount of space that could be made more accessible.
Rohe says there is already a precedent for this concept, and if they want traffic in the alley, there is work to be done.
