CCGP Names Schweers Next Executive Director; Schable To Direct Carroll Chamber Of Commerce

The Carroll County Growth Partnership (CCGP) and Carroll Chamber of Commerce have announced a new leadership structure with the hire of Adam Schweers and the promotion of Ashley Schable. Schweers has been named executive director, overseeing both organizations, while Schable will serve as the Chamber director. This shift will see Schweers focus primarily on countywide economic and community development, while Schable’s efforts will center on Chamber programs, services, events, and advocacy. 

Outgoing CCGP Executive Director Kimberly Tiefenthaler says, “This transition reflects the direction we’ve been working toward—strong collaboration, clear roles, and a deeper focus on economic development across all of Carroll County. Adam and Ashley are well-positioned to lead their respective areas and build on the partnerships already in place.”
