Court Street Lofts offers both modern and historic apartment units

On Court Street, standing right across from the public library and courthouse, one building is providing housing once again.
As of this month, Court Street Lofts, located on 502 N. Court Street in Carroll, is officially near completion. On Friday, an open house took place for the apartments.
Court Street Lofts has 12 total apartment units, with eight of them already being rented by tenants. Court Street LLC, which is branded as Western Iowa Living, was the force behind making the renovations.
Adam Schweers, the managing partner of Court Street LLC, has spent a considerable amount of time in making the apartments habitable again.
