Over $300,000 in tax credits awarded to help rehab historical building

Earlier this month, the Iowa Economic Development Authority (IEDA) issued over $300,000 in tax credits towards a historical building.
The tax credit award of $356,039 will be given to Court Street LLC for its project in renovating the Anne Mar Building in Carroll’s downtown.
Working with Western Iowa Living, Court Street LLC is aiming to restore the building, located at 502 N. Court St. to provide 12 new apartment units.
