Carroll retail coach recruiting 30 to 40 businesses

The Austin, Texas-based company charged with helping to fill vacant storefronts and attract other businesses to Carroll currently is recruiting 30 to 40 prospects, the Carroll City Council learned Monday night.
“There are some spaces in town that are prime for development,” said Austin Farmer, project director for The Retail Coach.
